  • Feb 6–9, 2027 (Mardi Gras weekend): 3-night minimum for any stay that includes one of these nights.

  3. We confirm and send payment instructions

    We check availability and your final total, including taxes, then email you payment instructions to complete the booking.

No Airbnb or Vrbo service fees are added to a direct request. We can't promise a lower total than the platforms, so feel free to compare.
